Introduction
Over view
ACD-10203 is an incredible design for semiconductor factory. It
combines LCD touch screen and system input signal in single unit
to replace heavy CRT monitor and light pen on the AMAT
semiconductor systems seamlessly. The ACD-10203 is
compatible and works with
Centura , Endura , P5000 , and
PI9500 systems. No driver needed and no configuration
changed on system, just few simple plug-and-play steps. The
slim and light designing reduce the volume of occupation in
facilities.
