TROUBLESHOOTING
Under certain conditions, performance of this unit may be adversely affected by factors other than defects. If a
problem occurs, please review the following list and take remedial action as needed. If you cannot solve the
problem after checking the entire list, please contact your local dealer for assistance.

Dirt appears in the view field

Clean the specimen vessel

The focusing knob is not
smooth
The focusing knob is too tight Loosen it to a suitable
position
The image drifts out of focus
during observation
The focusing knob is too
loose
Tighten it to a suitable
position
The image appears very
dark, very bright, or the
specimen cannot be seen
The rotating mirror is out of
position
The LED light is not turned
on
The LED light is too dim
Rotate the mirror to cast
more or less light on the
specimen
Turn on the LED light
Adjust the LED light intensity
Lamp does not work
Power cords are not secure
LED has burned out
AC adapter has failed
Ensure the cords are inserted
completely
Change the LED lamp
Replace the AC adapter
