The mount neck apparatus is very difficult to adjust.
- Please make sure that you have loosened the (2) Neck adjustment knob before
adjusting the angle of the mount.
I can’t remove the iPad holder from the Headrest mounting neck.
- Please use medium sliding pressure in the direction of the arrow on the back of
the (b) iPad holder.
The Headrest attachment knobs are difficult to adjust.
- Please make sure that you loosen the (1) Headrest attachment knobs by turning
them counter-clockwise before trying to adjust them.
