Toubleshooting:
If you are having trouble getting music to play, please make sure you have done
the following:
a.
Connect Mama Panda Pal to a power source: You will know that Mama Panda Pal is
receiving power because the (2) Power LED will glow red. If it is not glowing red, please
make sure that it is either connected by the included (b) AC adapter and plugged into a
working AC wall outlet, or that you have properly inserted 4 working AA batteries into
the
(6) Battery compartment . Make sure the (4) ON/OFF switch on the back of Mama
Panda Pal is switched to the ON position.
b.
Connect Mama Panda Pal to an audio source: Please make sure that the (c) 3.5mm
audio cable is fully inserted into your audio device or computer. Next, make sure that
the device you are using as the audio source is properly playing music and that your
device’s volume setting is turned up.
c.
Adjust Mama Panda Pal’s volume setting: Make sure that the volume setting is turned
up by adjusting the (1) Volume controls located on Mama Panda Pal’s ears.
