TROUBLESHOOTING
Problem Cause Solution
The LED indicator does not
illuminate when the charg-
ing cable is connected to the
battery.
Loose connection at the
connection terminals.
Check the connection.
No AC power at outlet. Ensure power is present at outlet.
Overheating shutdown Clean dirty ventilation openings or remove
objects covering the unit. Place the unit in a
cooler location.
The green LED light stays on
even when battery is not full.
The battery voltage is too
low.
Check the battery voltage with a multimeter.
Recycle the battery if the battery voltage is
too low.
The charger clamps are
not connected properly to
the battery terminals.
Check the connection and re-attach the
