The following functions are available in the Operator
Programming Mode:
Service (Ringing)
•
The Operator can change the ringing service for the system. There are three
service modes:
1.
Day Ringing
2.
Night Ringing
3.
Time Ringing (you can set a time in system programming where the
ringing mode automatically changes from Day to Night and back)
Note:
These functions can be assigned to an available Feature Key
System Speed Dial Programming
•
See System Speed Dial Programming in the Making Calls section
Call Forward Auxiliary Lamp
•
In the default state, when an extension is in Call Forward Mode, the top long LED
will light indicating Call Forward status. Some users may not want this lamp lit
as it may conflict with other LED status such as Voice Mail.
•
The Attendant can turn this feature off for any extension on the system.
Incoming Filt. U
•
The Operator has the ability to program Caller ID numbers that you want to block
from ringing into the system altogether.
•
There are 50 bins to enter numbers.
•
You can enter entire 16 digit numbers or a range by simply entering 201 for
example. In this case, all 201 numbers will be blocked (see the next
programming item for exceptions).
