Parallel mode
Parallel program mode transfers address and data in the byte unit. 3-byte address can be entered by
one from the lease significant byte of address. If only LSB is changed, only one byte can be transferred.
And if the second byte is changed, the first and second byte can be transferred. Upper 4-bit of the most
significant byte selects memory to be accessed.
Table 33 shows memory type to be accessible by parallel mode. Address auto-increment is supported
when read or write data without address.
