HOW TO OPERATE THE CONSOLE
When the computer s reset, all values show 00:00, and all functions will flash
simultaneously in the display. This is called "startup window" and is the starting point for all the
settings described further herein.
You easily maneuver among the various menus by pressing the UP and DOPWN buttons to find the
desired function or value, and confirm by pressing the MODE button. This procedure is applicable
to all settings that are described further herein.

MODE Switch between the different functions, and

RESET Reset each parameter
UP Adjust levels or values up
DOWN Adjust levels or values down
START / STOP Start/stop monitoring of exercise info
