9. Programming
Channels 64-71 is the default setting of the receiver, see the
function table
above. The
receiver is set to work with an IR transmitter with 8 functions. If another transmitter or
other channels will be used, the receiver must be reprogrammed.
The receiver can be programmed with GewaLink channels 0-127 (channel 62 has no
function) or the coded channel (4096). There is one programming button for each
relay.
A Gewa IR transmitter is required to program the receiver.
10. Simple programming
Andromeda IR-REC8 BED is designed to be easy to program, and has a simple and
an advanced programming mode. Follow the instructions below for programming the
most common uses.
10.1 Simple programming of a relay
1. Press the selected button on the IR transmitter and, at the same time, press the
programming button for the selected relay on the receiver.
2. Wait until the indicator lamp flashes three times.
3. Release the programming button of the receiver and the button on the IR
transmitter.
4. Check the function by pressing the selected button on the IR transmitter.
