8.1 Replacing the wire feed roll

Lift off clamping cap
and swing out seat clamp
.

Lift off the flat-head screw
using the crosstip screwdriver and lift it off
together with the fixing plate

Pull wire feed roll off the seat and replace it.

8.2 Replacing liner in torch neck

Remove torch neck
from torch seat
by unscrewing the nut

Lift off clamping cap
and swing out seat clamp
laterally.

Unscrew counter nut
.
NOTE
• Required tools, crosstip screwdriver.
• Make sure that the wire feed roll complies with the diameter of the
inserted wire electrode.
NOTE
• Ensure tight fit of the wire feed roll in the seat.
