5 Product overview
The
MF Control
is an electronic instrument for monitoring the wire feeding unit.
5.1 Areas of application
The visualisation and monitoring of processes and equipment in the welding and brazing industry is
becoming increasingly important. The
MF Control
is a visualisation and analysis system for all process
parameters and data relevant to the MFS-V3 master feeder system. Data is requested and displayed
graphically via the Ethernet interface. The
MF Control
offers the following functions:

5.2 Control elements
• Visualisation of actual values
• Nonconformity and event logs
• Visualisation of eBOX inputs and outputs
• Data export to Microsoft Excel
• Component and seam-specific archiving of the
actual values for the process
• Diagnosis
• Visualisation of target values
• Display of maintenance intervals or messages
• Threshold value monitoring and display
• Job functionality for up to 64 jobs
