6.4 Connecting the
iROB robot welding power source

Insert the control lead
into the control lead connecting socket for the intermediate cable
assembly
and fasten it by turning the nut clockwise.

Insert power cable
into positive connecting socket for the welding current
and tighten it by
turning it clockwise.
3
Connect gas hose
(pressure reducing valve) of the gas cylinder or to the gas
supply line.
4
Connect the coolant supply and return hoses
. For liquid-cooled
systems only.
5
Connect the ground cable
to the negative connecting socket for the welding current

• Please observe the operating instructions of the welding components, coolant recirculator
iCOOL
(option), wire feeder
iFEED
(option), remote control
iCONTROL
(option) and welding torch.
