10.2 Faults on the control panel
If a fault occurs in the device, the control panel indicates this as follows:
— The <Warning> and <Temperature> LEDs illuminate or blink.
— An error message is displayed in the left digital display.
Depending on the fault type, the device responds as follows:
— Alarm: The process is stopped.
— Warning: The process is continued.
If the process is also to be stopped in the event of warnings, this can be set via the internal function F19.
7.5.2 Description of the internal functions on page EN
The WCR signal is permanently
present on the robot.
WCR relay of the welding power source is
defective.
► Have printed circuit board PCB2
replaced. Contact the service team.
Password forgotten.

Material damage due to undefined fault
Depending on the type of fault, damage to the device may occur. If an error message is not listed in the
table, proceed as follows:
► Make a note of the message and contact the service department.
► Switch off the device at the main switch and pull out the mains plug.
► Do not switch on the device again under any circumstances. Otherwise, considerable damage to the
device may occur.

► Make sure that the “Welding start” signal is not
continuously present.

solved.

The wire feeder was operated

► Check that the wire feeder is not operated.
► If the internal functions F29 to F32 are set to “active”,
also check the connections to the terminal strip for
external connections.
The error message is canceled when the fault status is
remedied.

Software installation from a USB
source failed.
► Check that the USB source is functional and correctly
plugged in.
► Repeat the installation process.
The error message is canceled when the welding power
source is switched off.
