6 Putting into operation
6.1 Connecting the intermediate cable assembly
The device is connected to the welding power source via the intermediate cable assembly.
1
Connect both control leads to connectors
and
and to the power source.

Connect the wire feed hose to connection

Connect the compressed air hose to the compressed air connection
.

Connect the compressed air-hose to the compressed air supply.

Connect the shielding gas hose to the shielding gas connection
6
Connect the shielding gas hose to the decompression valve or the shielding gas supply line and check
for leaks.

NOTICE
Material damage due to loose connection
If the welding power cable connection is loose, increased contact resistance occurs and thus
impermissible heating at the connection. The welding process can be negatively influenced.
► Ensure the secure seating of the welding power cable.
