6 Commissioning iCAT mini
1 Equip the ABIROB
®
G350 torch neck (2) with a tip adaptor, contact tip,
and gas nozzle.

Instruction leaflet: BEI.0073.
2 Loosen the cylinder head screw (6) .
3 Mount the ABIROB
®
G350 torch neck in the welding torch interface. The
torch must be inserted all the way into the welding torch interface.
4 To fix the torch, tighten the cylinder head screw (AF4) with a max. tightening
torque of M=6 Nm.
5 Put the protective cap (1) back on.
6.5 Attaching the wire guide
1 Equip the cable assembly with torch neck and wear parts.

Insert the wire guide until it reaches the stop in the cable assembly.
3 Determine excess length a (2) .
NOTICE
• Do not tighten the cylinder head screw (6) without a mounted welding
torch.

NOTICE
• New, as yet unused wire guide liners have to be shortened to the actual
length of the cable assembly.
• For handling the wire guide, observe the enclosed wire guide mounting
instructions.
• Strip the wire guide 150 mm on the torch side after shortening it.
