9 Maintenance and cleaning FEC W3
9.4.4 Replacing the FEC filter pad
1 Place a protective underlay (fleece, cardboard, blanket, or similar) on the floor. Ensure it is large enough for the area you
want to protect.
2 Place the device on the protective underlay and turn it onto its back.
3 Loosen the four mounting screws (4) with the Allen key.
4 Remove the cover grille (3) .
5 Remove the filter pad (2) .
6 Insert the cleaned or new filter pad (2) .
7 Mount the cover grille (3) .
8 Insert the four mounting screws (4) .
9 Tighten the four mounting screws (4) with the Allen key.
10 Bring the device into an upright position again.
11 Remove the protection.
