Enter into Xdy box in Errormap setup.  Re-measure pos 2 and pos 1 to ensure correct. 
The two readings (although not nominal) should be /-0.002

Correction is same calculation as Xdy enter into Xdz if necessary. 
 
After the three measurements are /-0.002, then take the average value and use

– 1=    Enter value into X compensation, then remeasure 

all 3 positions to verify.
