8 Disassembly and assembly / 8.10 Dismantling and fitting nozzle ring
at turbine end

CAUTION

When setting down the gas inlet casing to one side, use suitable under-
lays and take care not to damage the brackets of the insulation.

Unscrew the holder (90175) and remove the nozzle ring (56001) using
suitable lifting gear.

Assembly

Coat the screw threads with high-temperature grease.

Fit nozzle ring (56001) and tighten down holder (90175) using screw
(61044).

Fit gas inlet casing (51001) and secure by screwing hexagon nuts
(90178) onto studs (90177).

Remove holder (90175) and screw (61044).

Fit the gas inlet casing with nozzle ring to the gas outlet casing
(61001).

Fit and tighten the hexagon-head screws (61044) and Verbus Ripp®
washers (61043*).

Remove the hexagon nuts (90178) from the studs (90177).

Replace the studs with hexagon-head screws (61044) and Verbus
Ripp® washers (61043*), and tighten them.

Remove shackle (90195) and rope from gas inlet casing.

Attach the insulation to the gas inlet casing (51001).
