Top Level contains general softstarter information, and the
menus can be reached from here.
The selections are presented one by one on the top row. Use
navigation keys to present all selections.
Press Select to enter a function.
Press Back to return to previous state.

The settings menu is used to set up the softstarter with
parameters for the current application.
The types of settings are presented one by one on the top
line.
