Check the pinion. If there is any damage, the
motor pinion must be replaced.

Refitting, motors axes 2 and 3
Use this procedure to refit motors axes 2 and 3.
The procedure is the same for both motors.

A Circumference
B O-ring
Make sure the
o-ring
on the
circumference
of
the motor is seated properly. Lightly lubricate
the o-ring with grease.

Connect to connector R2.MP1
•
+ : pin 2
•
-: pin 5
In order to release the brake, connect the 24
VDC power supply.

Fit the
lifting tool, motor axes 2-3
to the motor.
