配线安全注意事项
1) 如果电机实际电流超过额定电流的3倍，可能导致电
机磁体退磁。请联系ABB。
2) 请检查电机相序、电缆和制动器电压。并请仔细检查
编码器的电源和信号线，不正确的连线将导致电机的
非正常运行，甚至损坏电机。
3) 确保编码器正确接线及操作，否则可能会导致电子装
置损坏。

电机的电源线应远离编码器的电源/信号线，绝对避
免置于同一线槽，以防止噪声干扰。

确保接地线始终与大地相连。

切勿对编码器终端进行耐压或绝缘测试，测试会导致

操作安全注意事项
1) 交流伺服电机应由专用驱动器控制。切勿将其直接与
交流电源相连（15/230 VAC 50/60 Hz等）。应认真
阅读说明书后正确使用。
2) 确保电机在规定环境下使用。注意，电机温度是以电
机与散热片紧密结合为前提的。
3) 内置制动器用于固定静止电机，切勿将其用于停止制
动。另请注意，此制动器不属于确保机械安全的制动
z装置，安全停止装置应在机械侧提供。
4) 如果发现任何异常气味、噪声、烟雾、温升或震动，
请立即停止电机并切断电源。
5) 严禁向产品滴漏或泼洒水/油。
搬运及安装时的安全注意事项
1) 请勿拖动线缆或轴移动电机，处理不慎可能造成电机
损坏或人身伤害。
2) 请勿敲击电机或轴。冲击会损坏编码器内的码盘。

Notas de seguridad acerca del cableado
1) Comuníquese con ABB si la corriente del motor supera más de 3 veces
la corriente nominal, esto puede causar la desmagnetización de los
imanes del motor.
2) Controle la sucesión de fases del motor, el cableado y el voltaje del
freno. Asimismo, controle cuidadosamente los cables de alimentación y
señal conectados al codificador. El cableado incorrecto puede provocar
el funcionamiento irregular del motor, y dar lugar a que el motor se dañe
o sobrecaliente.

Notas de seguridad acerca del funcionamiento
1) Este servomotor de CA fue diseñado para ser
controlado por un controlador dedicado. No debe
conectarlo nunca a una fuente de alimentación
comercial (115/230 VCA 50/60 Hz, etc.). Úselo
correctamente después de leer atentamente el
manual de instrucciones.
2) Asegúrese de usar el motor en las condiciones

Notas de seguridad acerca del transporte y de la instalación
1) No traslade el motor por las guías ni el eje. La falta de atención durante
la manipulación puede dar lugar a daños al motor o lesiones físicas.
2) No debe golpear el motor ni sacudir el eje. Los golpes pueden dañar el
disco que se encuentra dentro del codificador.
3) El motor no es resistente al agua ni al aceite. No debe exponer el motor
al agua, al aceite ni a baños de aceite.
4) No debe usar nunca el motor en presencia de gases o líquidos nocivos,
ni en entornos donde haya una cantidad excesiva de humedad o vapor
de agua.
5) A fin de proteger el delicado codificador que se encuentra dentro del
motor, debe tomar todas las precauciones necesarias contra el ruido
eléctrico, las vibraciones, los golpes y las temperaturas extremas.

Sicherheitshinweise sorgfältig lesen.
Hinweise zum Auspacken des Produkts
Überzeugen Sie sich nach dem Öffnen der Verpackung davon, dass das
richtige Produkt geliefert wurde und dass es unbeschädigt ist.

Sicherheitshinweise zur Verdrahtung
1) Kontaktieren Sie ABB, falls die Motorstromstärke mehr als das Dreifache der
Nennstromstärke übersteigt, was zur Entmagnetisierung der Motormagnete
führen kann.
2) Die Phasenfolge des Motors, Verkabelung und Bremsspannung prüfen. Prüfen
Sie auch sorgfältig die Strom- und Signalkabel zum Geber. Falsche Verkabelung
kann zu einem unregelmäßigen Laufen des Motors führen, was einen
Motorschaden oder -brand nach sich ziehen kann.
3) Besondere Sorgfalt gilt, eine fehlerhafte Verdrahtung oder einen fehlerhaften
Betrieb des Gebers zu vermeiden, da sonst die Elektronik beschädigt werden
könnte.
4) Die Versorgungsleitung des Motors und die Strom-/Signalkabel des Gebers so
weit von einander entfernt, wie praktisch möglich, verdrahten, um elektrische
Störungen zu verhindern. Nie im gleichen Kabelkanal verdrahten.
5) Die Erdungsklemmen stets an Masse verbinden.
6) Die Geberanschlüsse nie einer Stehspannungsprüfung
oder einem Isolationswiderstandstest aussetzen. Solche
Tests könnten die Anschlussklemmen beschädigen.
7) Den Controller beim Durchführen der
Stehspannungsprüfung oder des
Isolationswiderstandstests an Motor, Bremse oder
Drehmelder trennen. Keine unnötigen Tests ausführen,
anderenfalls könnte dies zur Schädigung des Produkts
führen.
Sicherheitshinweise zum Betrieb
1) Dieser AC-Servomotor ist für die Steuerung über einen
dedizierten Treiber ausgelegt. Den Motor niemals
direkt an einer kommerziellen Stromversorgung (z. B.
115/230 VAC, 50/60 Hz) anschließen. Vor Gebrauch
des Produkts die Bedienungsanleitung durchlesen,
und das Produkt nur bestimmungsgemäß verwenden!
2) Den Motor nur innerhalb der angegebenen
Bedingungen verwenden. Beachten Sie, dass die
angegebene Motortemperatur darauf basiert, dass am
Motor ein Kühlerspritzblech angebracht ist.
3) Die eingebaute Bremse ist zum Halten des
Stationärmotors vorgesehen. Diese niemals zum
Bremsen verwenden. Beachten Sie auch, dass die
Haltebremse keine Bremseinrichtung zur
Gewährleistung der Sicherheit der Maschine ist. Auf
der Maschinenseite ist eine
Sicherheitsabschaltvorrichtung zu installieren.
4) Bei Auftreten eines ungewöhnlichen Geruchs, von
Lärm, Rauch, Erhitzung oder Vibration den Motor
sofort stoppen und die Stromversorgung ausschalten.
5) Das Produkt nicht fallen lassen und kein Wasser oder
Öl hineinspritzen.
Sicherheitshinweise zu Transport und Installation
1) Den Motor nicht an den Kabeln oder der Welle tragen. Unvorsichtige Handhabung
kann zu Schäden am Motor führen oder Personenschäden verursachen.
2) Motor keinen Schlägen/Stößen aussetzen und die Welle nicht stauchen. Schläge
und/oder Stöße könnten die Scheibe im Geber (Encoder) beschädigen.
3) Der Motor ist weder wasserfest noch öldicht. Den Motor keinem Wasser oder Öl
aussetzen.
4) Den Motor nicht bei Vorhandensein von schädlichen Gasen/Flüssigkeiten oder in
einer Umgebung, die viel Feuchtigkeit oder Wasserdampf enthält, betreiben.
5) Zum Schutz der empfindlichen Geber im Motor sind alle erforderlichen
Vorkehrungen gegen elektrische Störungen, Vibrationen, Stöße und extreme
Temperaturen zu treffen.

Cautions for opening the package
After opening the package, confirm that the correct product
has been supplied and that it has not been damaged.

Safety notes on wiring
1) Contact ABB if motor current exceeds more than 3
times the rated current, which can cause
demagnetization of the motor magnets.
2) Check the phase sequence of the motor, the wiring and
the brake voltage. Also carefully check the power and
signal wires to the encoder. Incorrect wiring can cause
irregular running of the motor which leads to damage
or burnout of the motor.
3) Take particular care to avoid incorrect wiring or
operation of the encoder, otherwise the electronics
could be damaged.
4) Wire the power line of the motor and the power/signal
wires of the encoder as far away from each other as
practical to prevent noise problems. Never wire them in
the same duct.
5) Always connect the earth terminals to ground.
6) Never subject the encoder terminals to a
withstand-voltage test or a megger-test. Such tests can
damage the terminal.
7) Disconnect the controller when performing the
withstand-voltage test or megger-test on the motor,
brake or resolver. Do not perform the tests
unnecessarily, which can cause deterioration of the
product.
Safety notes on operation
1) This AC servomotor is designed to be controlled by a
dedicated driver. Never connect it directly to a
commercial power source (115/230 VAC 50/60 Hz
etc.). Use it properly after carefully reading the
instruction manual.
2) Be sure to use the motor within the specified
conditions. Note that the specified motor temperature
assumes that a radiator plate is attached to the motor.
3) The built-in brake is for holding the stationary motor.
Never use it for braking. Also note that the holding
brake is not a stopping device to assure the safety of
the machine. Provide a safety stopping mechanism on
the machine side.
4) If any abnormal smell, noise, smoke, heating or
vibration is detected, stop the motor immediately and
turn off the power.
5) Do not drop or splash water or oil into the product.
Safety notes on carrying and installation
1) Do not carry the motor by the leads or the shaft.
Careless handling may cause damage to the motor or
personal injury.
2) Do not hit the motor or jar the shaft. Shock can
damage the disk inside the encoder.
3) The motor is not waterproof or oil-proof. Do not expose
the motor to water, oil, or oil baths.
4) Never use the motor in the presence of harmful gas or
liquid, or in an environment containing excessive
moisture or water vapor.
5) To protect the delicate encoder inside the motor, take
all necessary precautions against electrical noise,
vibration, shocks and abnormal temperatures.
