Cleaning the sensor cap

Remove the sensor from the process.
Referring to Figure 3:

Unscrew shroud

Rinse sensor cap

with clean water from a spray bottle.

Gently wipe sensor cap

with a soft-bristled brush or, if
biofouling is present, a soft cloth.
If necessary, use a grease remover to remove grease.

Refit shroud

by screwing it onto probe body

Cleaning the optical lens

Isolate the transmitter and remove the probe from the
process.

Unscrew shroud

Grip sensor cap

between your thumb and forefinger and
carefully slide it off probe sensor

NOTICE
• Do not touch the end of the sensor cap

• Do not allow moisture or atmospheric humidity inside
sensor cap

• Do not wet the lens area

with water or any solution.
Use only the supplied lens cloth for cleaning.

Gently wipe optical lens
