Warranty

Warranty

ABANTERA

guarantees the devices for a period of 3 years in relation to any type of defect found in

them in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.
The guarantee includes the repair and replacement of defective parts by personnel authorized by the
distributor or by the official technical assistance service (SAT), in the place where the installation is
located or in their own workshops.
The guarantee includes labor and shipping costs in case they occur.

ABANTERA

is exempt from offering a guarantee in the case of parts subject to natural wear, lack

of maintenance, blows or other conformity defects that are the result of improper or inadequate
use according to the operating conditions and limits indicated by the manufacturer. Likewise, the
guarantee loses its validity in the event of improper handling and use of the equipment, or in the
event that they have been repaired or modified by personnel other than the distribution company
or the official SAT. The parts replaced during the guarantee will remain the property of

ABANTERA.

ABANTERA

is responsible for the lack of conformity of the devices when this refers to the origin,

identity or suitability of the products, according to their nature and destination. Taking into account
the characteristics of the devices, it is essential for the guarantee to cover the lack of conformity,
the application of the technical conditions of installation and operation of this guarantee sheet
accompanied by the invoice or purchase ticket.
Failure to apply these requirements may result in a lack of warranty, taking into account the
importance of the intended use of the device and the operating conditions and limits in which it
must operate.
The installer and/or distributor is responsible for the correct installation and start-up of the device
as indicated by the manufacturer and current legislation.
