USING THE FUNNEL SPRAY GUN
Install the tank (B) onto the gun body, taking care of the o-ring, in order to avoid leakages. Tighten the hose clamp
(C).
Install the proper nozzle (D) according to the product used. Refer to the painting manufacturers instructions to
choose the correct nozzle diameter.
To obtain a better result it is suggsted to start moving the arm before activating the lever (F) and to keep the spray
gun perpendicular to the surface to be painted, helping the operation holding the tank handle (A). Always perform
crossed coats to uniformly spread the painting.
To set the product flow turn the knob (M) (Fig.2). To set the air flow turn the lever (L) (Fig.2).
Particular attention must be paid to ensure that the colour and/or the paint do not contain lumps or dirt. If is very
thick the paint should be mixed with a commercially available thinner according to a 1:1 ratio. Paint dries very
quickly; spraying must therefore be a continuous operation with no excessively lengthy interruptions.
Paint temperature should, if possible, not be lower than +17° C. The area to be painted should also not be excessively
cold.

MAINTENANCE
Disconnect the air supply during maintenance on the tool.
Regularly clean and dry the filter in the system and the pneumatic tool air inlet opening.
Lubricate any quick-disconnect coupling on the system to prevent jamming.
Drain condensation from air filter and from the compressor on a daily basis.
In order to avoid rust formation and to minimize wear, clean and lubricate the tool after each use.
Check the tool regularly on loose bolts/screws or parts.
In case of power loss: have the tool repaired.
Only trained and qualified engineers are allowed to adjust or repair the tool.
The tool should be maintained regularly to minimize the noise emission and occurring vibration.
Warning: to avoid damaging the washers never immerse the whole gun in nitre or synthetic solvents or in water.
After each use the colour tank should be removed and emptied, carefully cleaned and filled with some solvent. The
tank should then be reconnected to the gun and the solvent must be sprayed until it comes out clean.
In order to clean the tool from solvent residues, this operation should then be repeated without the tank.
Dry the airbrush with a cotton cloth. Should the nozzle become obstructed, clean the pipe and the nozzle itself
from paint residue.
IMPORTANT: Never use metal objects to clean clogged holes.
INTENDED USE
The user or the user’s employer shall assess the specific use that can be present as a result of each use.
Never use the tool otherwise than the tool is designed for and as explained in this manual.
Damages as a consequence of not following this manual, or caused by incorrect use or incorrect repairs, will never be
