STAGE WIRING

DC Units Stage 1 operation:

DC Units Second, Third and Fourth Stage Selection

The 855H Recordable Horn uses negative switching to change

the tone to the second, third and fourth stages.

Connect correct DC input voltage to "+" and "-" as appropriate.

To activate the second, third or fourth stage tone, connect the

‘-’ supply line to the relevant stage terminal while maintaining

the DC supply to ‘+’ and ‘-’.

For Stage 2 connect ‘-’ to the S2 terminal

For Stage 3 connect ‘-’ to the S3 terminal

For Stage 4 connect ‘-’ to the S4 terminal

The negative supply must remain

connected to the

‘-’ terminal and a

connection made from this to the

appropriate stage terminal, otherwise

the unit will be damaged.
