Troubleshooting
If the device is not working properly, please check whether you are able to rectify the prob-
lem yourself. Otherwise contact our customer service (see section “Customer service”). Do
not attempt to repair a defective device yourself!
Problem

The signal lights do not
turn on.
• No batteries have been
inserted.
• The batteries have not been
inserted properly.
• Insert batteries and press
ON/HI.
• When inserting the batteries,
ensure that the polarity is
correct.
The battery light turns
off.
• The batteries are too weak. • Insert new batteries.
The programme display
lights are on, but not
blinking.
• The silicone electrodes are
not in contact with your
skin.
• The control unit has not
been properly secured to
the belt.
• The intensity has been set to
the lowest level.
• The control unit is not
working properly.
• Make sure that the
stimulation pads are
positioned properly and the
belt is somewhat tighter.
• Check whether the control
unit has been securely
attached to the snap
fasteners.
• Push
ON/HI
in order to
increase the intensity.
• Turn the device off, take out
the battery for 1 minute and
attempt to restart the device.
The programme display
lights work, but no
pulses are sent for
muscle stimulation.
• The intensity level is too
low.
• The belt has not been put on
properly.
• The silicone electrode or
stimulation pad are worn
down or dirty.
• The skin is too dry.
• Push
the
ON/HI
button
several times to increase the
intensity.
• Shift the belt until you have
found the position with the
strongest muscle contraction.
• Replace or clean the silicone
electrode or stimulation pad.
• Apply more gel on the skin.
