8 Garantie und Haftung
8.1 Garantie
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH über-
nimmt für den SOLO (mit Ausnahme
des Akku-Pack) und allen Zubehör-
teilen, für den Zeitraum von zwei Jahren
ab Empfangsdatum die Garantie, dass
diese frei von Material- und Ver-
arbeitungsfehlern sind.
Für den Akku-Pack - dessen ordnungs-
gemäße Pflege vorausgesetzt - übernimmt
die AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH die
Garantie für den Zeitraum von einem Jahr
ab Empfangsdatum.
Die Garantie auf den SOLO erstreckt sich
nicht auf Fehler, welche zurückzuführen
sind auf:
» Schäden, die infolge übermäßiger Be-
anspruchung auftreten.
» Schäden, die sich infolge unachtsamer
Behandlung ergeben.
» gewaltsame Beschädigungen.
» natürliche Verschleißteile (Rollstuhl-
reifen, Silikontastatur).
» unsachgemäße oder unzureichende
Wartung durch den Kunden.
» unberechtigte bauliche Veränder-
ungen oder nicht bestimmungsgemäßen
Gebrauch des SOLO oder der
Zubehörteile.
» Nutzung des SOLO über das zu-
lässige Gesamtgewicht hinaus.
» unsachgemäßes Laden des Akku-Pack.
8 Warranty and liability
8.1 Warranty
AAT Alber Antriebstechnik GmbH grants
a warranty of two years for the SOLO
including all its accessory parts (with
the exception of the battery pack). The
warranty begins at the date of purchase
and covers failure of material and errors in
manufacturing.
For the battery pack, always assuming
correct maintenance AAT Alber Antriebs-
technik GmbH grants a warranty of one
year from the date of purchase.
The warranty becomes void concerning
defects or damage which are the result
of the following:
» damage due to excessive strain.
» damage due to improper handling.
» violent damage.
» natural wear and tear (wheelchair
wheels, silicone keyboard).
» improper and insufficient maintenance.
» unauthorized constructional changes
or inappropriate use of the SOLO or its
accessories.
» Using the SOLO exceeding the approved
total weight.
» improper charging of the battery pack.
