5.3 Display
Introduction
This screen briefly appears after turning on the control unit .
Activation
Once the connection between the control unit and the drive is established,
the pneumatic system builds pressure and the motor shafts emerge. Once
the activation is terminated the display shows the main screen
.
Main screen
This screen appears during the entire drive with the max-e. It shows the
charging state of the battery pack

as well as the level of speed


Should the display for the battery charge reaches the lowest bar, the com-
mand “charge batteries" appears on the screen, and you hear a signal tone.
At this point you merely have a limited battery capacity at your disposal.

You must confirm this message by pressing the + key .
Lock brakes
Before the max-e automatically inserts the motor shafts when you turn off
the device, you must lock the brakes manually so that your wheelchair can-
not roll off
.

Confirm that you locked the brakes by pressing the + key.
