Damage on the
wheelchair tyres
WARNING - While changing a wheel, no person may be sitting in the
wheelchair!
i
NOTE - Always replace tyres in pairs.
1. The wheelchair must be standing on a level and solid surface. Before removing
a wheel, support the chassis so that it cannot tip over, and secure the wheelchair
against tipping over and rolling away.
2. Before repairing the tyre, open the compressed air valve to release the remain-
ing compressed air.
Change of tyres:
Lifting and fitting the tyre cover must be carried out using the
appropriate mounting levers (bicycle accessories). Do not use screwdrivers or other
pointed objects as levers.
i
NOTE - The tyre pressure is indicated on both sides of the tyre.
For queries, notify the manufacturer, the AAT field service, the authorised specialist
dealer.
