7 6 Climbing - downstairs

NOTE - Observe the safety instructions in chapter 7!
DANGER - As soon as the climbers assume the load, you feel tension in the handles.
Hold the CR2303 lower briefl y to counteract this tension!
Set in neutral position.
» The climbers have to be
retracted entirely.
Tilt the CR2303 and keep it in
balance.
Roll the CR2303 forward
until safety brakes grip.
Press UP/DOWN switch
direction DOWN.
» If the single step mode is
activated, the climbers will
stop automatically in the
neutral position.
CR2303 descends.
Roll the CR2303 forward.
To continue climbing,
repeat the steps described
in picture 4 and following
Climbing downstairs - spiral staircases
To climb on spiral staircases you have to follow the same steps
referred to above in chapter 7.6.
Please note:
The CR2303 must be repeatedly realigned with
the spiral case during the climbing process, so that both wheels
are always in line with the edge of the step to be climbed next.
Manufacturer’s recommendation:
Activate single step mode!
DANGER!
Compare the conditions of
the spiral staircases to the
technical data in chapter 4.4.
Never use the CR2303 on
stairs that are not suitable
pursuant to the technical
data. Non-observance can
lead to falling down the stairs!
