Configuring Operational Features

Use the following procedure to change the input language using the IP
Phone UI.

Aastra IP Phone UI

Step Action

Press the

Options

key.

Select

Language

from the Options List.

Select

Input Language

from the Language List.

Select the language you want to use on the IP phone for inputting text and characters. Valid values
are:
•

English (default)

•

Français (French)

•

Español (Spanish)

•

Deutsch (German) (not applicable to 57i CT cordless handset)

•

Italiano (Italian) (not applicable to 57i CT cordless handset)

•

Note:

Available input languages are dependent on the configuration enabled by your System

Administrator.

Press

Done

when you have selected a language.
