Dial 0 and then enter a phone number in call preparation. (unless you have the extension number)
Ending a call:

Put handset on-hook.

Transfer a call:
After you answer the phone press the enquiry key, enter the number of the person you want to transfer the call
to (other person is on hold) then put the handset on hook.

Call back request:
You call someone and hear the busy tone. To request a call back you press the enquiry key and put handset on-
hook. When the person you are trying to reach hangs up, your phone rings back and you automatically call that
person. You can request a second call back if that person doesn’t answer.

To see the rest of the text: Press the horizontal navigation key.
o
The Foxmenu key gives you access to the menu or the Foxkey functions available in each case. Press the
key directly on the Fox symbol.
o
If you want to choose an option within Fox key menu: Press the Foxkey on the place where the function
you want appears on top of the display.

Forwarding calls:
*21*<Extension No.> put handset on-hook.

Cancel call forwarding:
#21 and put handset on-hook
