lide the Tie-down ( E ) ( two for each bar ) into the Cross-Bar’ s slot with 2 T-bolts M8 * 25( J )
follow-by; connect with Washers( L ) & Spring Washers( M ) & Plastic Adjust-Knob( F ). Tighten
knob firmly to set Tie-down position.( Installation of the Tie-down is optional for customers’
personal preference ).
P
ut the Tubular-Cabs ( D ) on each Cross-Bar’ s end. Installation of Cross-Bar Sealing Strip( G )
is optional. To install, place Sealing Strip( G ) on the top Cross-Bar t-slot. If Tie-down( E ) have
been installed, measure the position for both Load Stops, mark the position and cut the Sealing
Strip( G ) accordingly for the Cross-Bar, then place Sealing Strip on the top Cross-Bar t-slot. In
addition insert the Sealing Strip into the Cross-Bar ‘s lower channel to reduce wind-noise. Cut
the right length as needed.
