Power

 

This category allows you to select the type

Management

(or degree) of power saving and is directly
related to the following modes 

: Doze;

Standby; Suspend; HDD Power Down.

 Disabled

No power management. Disables all 4 
modes

 Min. Power 
 Saving

Minimum power management. Doze 
=1hr.; Standby=1hr.; Suspend=1hr.; 
HDD Power Down=15min

 Max.   
 Power 
 Saving

Maximum power management only 
available for 

SL CPU‘s

Standby=1min.;Suspend=1min.;HDD 
Power Down=1min

 User 
 Defined

Allows you to set each mode indivi-
dually. When not disabled, each of the 
ranges are from 1min. to 1hr. except for
HDD Power Down which ranges from 1 
to 15min. and disable

   PM Control 

 

 

When enabled, an Advanced Power

 

by APM

Management device will be activated to
enhance the Max. Power Saving Mode and
stop the CPU internal clock. If the Max. Power
Saving is not enabled, this will be present to NO.

This determines the manner in which the
