5) TWO ARM FRONTAL RAISE
START
Firmly grasp one handle with each hand and
keep your palms facing down. Facing the door,
extend both arms forward as you shift your
weight backwards until you are resting on the
heels of both feet.
FINISH
Maintain a straight spine with engaged core
muscles as you retract both arms backwards
and raise your hands above your head. Ensure
your hands raise smoothly and slowly for
maximum resistance. Keep the tension in the
straps by leaning back as much as possible.
