3.3.2 Basic Settings
From Advanced menu, choose
Wireless
>
Basic Settings
to display the following
page.
This page allows you to configure the basic features of the wireless LAN interface.
It is recommended to change default Network name (SSID).
Disable Wireless LAN interface:
Enable or disable the wireless function.
Country Region
:
The name of the country with which your WNR is
configured. This parameter further specifies your wireless connection. For
example, The channel will adjust according to nations to adapt to each
nation's frequency provision.
Wireless Band:
All supported bands are enabled as default. you can also
use only one or two wireless band at time.
Network Name (SSID)
: For the security reason, you should change the
default SSID to a unique name.
Channel Band:
40MHz channel band is used as default to let more wireless
performance for WNR.
Control Side Band:
If static channel is set, you can use either Upper or
Lower bands. As defaults, this is automatically adjusted.
