11. Clean the outside of the spray gun and container with a cloth
soaked in solvent or water. Remove and clean the suction
tube. Use the supplied nozzle cleaner to unblock and residue
in the 3 small holes on the base of the suction tube end.
12. Unscrew the air cap nut. Remove air cap .Clean the air cap
and air cap nut with brush and solvent or water .
13. Use the supplied nozzle cleaner to unblock and clean any
paint residue in the small holes on the air cap.
Note:
Never clean the air cap or nozzle with sharp
metallic objects .
14. Remove the air filter cover (6) by inserting the end of a small
flathead screwdriver under the lip of the cover. Apply a small
amount of pressure until the lip of the cover comes away and
the full cover can be removed.
15. Remove the filter, wash with water, and allow to dry before
putting it back into place. Secure the air filter cover by
aligning the 4 clips on the underside of the air filter cover
into the 4 notches on the sprayer, and push them down into
position until they securely clip into place.
