If the headset disconnects or will not pair, please check
the following:
• Ensure that the headset has enough power, is
turned on and has been successfully paired to
the phone.
• Ensure that the Bluetooth function of your phone
is enabled.
• Check if the range between the headset and phone
is over 10 meters (30 ft).
• Be mindful of walls, structural disturbance or other
electrical devices between the headset and phone.
