No Sound
• Make sure the mobile device is not on
mute and your volume is turned up.
Bluetooth Connection
• Ensure that the speaker and mobile
device are within 33 feet of each other.
• Ensure mobile device is still paired with
your PowerPlay.
No Power
• Device needs to be charged. Connect
the device to a USB port and the power
adaptor.
