I. Safety instructions
- Protect the device from dirt, moisture,
overheating, and extreme temperatures
and only use it in dry rooms.
- Do not open the device. Stop using the
device if it becomes damaged.
- The device should only be repaired by a
specialist.
- Keep out of the reach of children.
- Only use a soft, dry cloth to clean the
device.
- Before cleaning or repairing the device, or
if the device is not used for a long period of
time, disconnect it from the power supply.
- Run all cables so that they do not pose a
tripping hazard or block emergency exits.
- Never use force when plugging in the
device and the adapter (if used).
- Keep magnetic stripe cards like credit
cards, phone cards, passbooks, and boar-
ding passes away from the magnetic field,
as they may get damaged.
- Keep the product away from medical de-
vices (pacemakers, hearing implants, etc.)
to avoid that it interferes with the device.

IV. Operation
- Remove the casing (1).
- Guide the cable´s connector (2) through the
casing´s (1) designated opening.
- Connect the included cable to the corres-
ponding port (3).
- Attach the casing (1) to the device.
- Optional: Should you not need the full
length of the cable, push it into the casing
until you are satisfied with its length.
V. Function notes
- Clock/alarm control:
Activate the clock / alarm by pressing the
hidden On- / Off switch (6).
- Adjusting the time:
• Keep the set button S (7) pressed until
the clock´s (4) hour digits begin to flash.
• Press the set b/- (7) to set the
current hour.
• Confirm your input by shortly pressing
the set button S (7).
• Press the set b/- (7) to set the
current minute.
• Confirm your input by shortly pressing
the set button S (7).
- Adjusting the alarm:
After adjusting the time, you get to the
alarm settings. Proceed in the same way
that was described before in “Adjusting
the time“.
- Activate / deactivate the alarm:
• After adjusting the alarm, you can choose
whether you want to activate or deactiva-
te the alarm.
• Press the set b/- (7) by which the
device either displays “On“ or “Off“.
• Finish configuring the device by shortly
pressing the set button S (7).
- Turning the alarm off:
When the alarm starts ringing, press the
On- /Off switch (6) to turn it off.
- Lamp control:
The following modes can be selected via
the lamp control (8):
• Control turned to the left
No Light
• Control centered
