SETTING UP YOUR PS3™ SYSTEM
CHAT SETTINGS
So that you can hear other players you must set-up
your PS3™ system as follows:
1. Turn on your PS3™ system; go to " ">
"Accessory Settings" > "Audio Device Settings".
2. Select "Input Device" and select "4Gamers™
Official USB Headset" from the options.
3. Select "Output Device" and select "4Gamers™
Official USB Headset" from the options.
4. Select "Microphone Level" and adjust so that the
on-screen audio indicator bar just reaches the red
area when you speak loudly. Microphone level 3 is
recommended. If you select a level that is too high
you may encounter feedback from noise around
you.
5. Select "OK" to save.
AUDIO SETTINGS
So that you can hear the game audio through the
headset, you must make sure that your PS3
™
system
is set-up as follows:

Q: No one can hear me speaking
A: Try the following:
• Ensure you have the Mic Mute switch set to its
OFF position.
• Move the Microphone closer to your mouth.
• Try setting the Microphone level on your system to
a higher level.
• Ensure you have selected "4Gamers™ Official
USB Headset" in the PS3
™
system's Audio Device
Settings.
Q: I can’t hear any game or chat sound through the
headset
A: Try the following:
• Ensure that you have turned the dual in-line
volume controls up.
• Check the audio settings on your PS3
™
system.
