Installation Guidelines
When installing the VX-FR-01, the following guidelines should be followed to insure highest facial recognition
accuracy.
The camera must be installed facing the people entering the area to be surveilled.
The horizontal angle should be <10
°.
The smaller the angle, the more accurate facial recognition will
be.
The camera should be installed higher than the people it is intended to surveil. The recommended
angle of depression is a=10° to avoid blocking any faces, thus increasing recognition accuracy.
