STEP FOUR:
Attach the top using wood glue and 2” screws. (If you
are using dowels to fill the holes, make sure to countersink for
appropriate size.) Just in case your measurements were off, clamp the
assembled shelf from step 3 to the table to make sure you are attaching
the top in the correct position.
STEP FIVE:
Attach the shelf using wood glue and screws. 2” screws
where the shelf meets the upright and 1-1/2” screws through the top of
the table. And your basically done!
STEP SIX:
Fill all holes with dowels or wood filler. Sand and finish! I
actually like to do most of my sanding before assembly so make it a little
easier.
