WARRANTY
AUSTRALIA & NEW ZEALAND TWO YEAR WARRANTY
3SIXT will replace the faulty product at no cost to the consumer. The warranty
does not extend to any consequential damages or costs that may be incurred
and is valid for TWO YEARS from date of purchase. The consumer must return
the faulty product to the retail store it was purchased from together with
proof of purchase. The benefits to the consumer under this warranty are in
addition to other rights and remedies of the consumer under Australian and
New Zealand laws in relation to the goods to which the warranty relates. Our
goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian
Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failure
and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail
to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

EUROPE WARRANTY
This warranty is by Wentronic GmbH. Wentronic GmbH offer the manufacturer’s
warranty in addition to the legal guarantee of this 3SIXT product. This warranty
applies to products in the following countries: Germany, France, Ireland, Italy,
Luxembourg, Austria, Switzerland, or United Kingdom. The warranty does not
extend to any consequential damages or costs that may be incurred. Defects
and damages resulting from misuse, wear parts and consumables are excluded
from the warranty. Damage which is not caused to the product itself, is also
not covered under the warranty. Claims due to the neglect of duties, misuse on
manipulations and claims for reimbursement of expenses are excluded against us
or our agents under the warranty; This also applies to claims for compensation
of consequential damages. The restrictions, mentioned above, do not apply to
statutory rights of the consumer of a purchase of consumer goods or claims
of damages resulting from injury to life, body or health, intentionally or by
gross negligence, or under the Product Liability Act (ProdHaftG Germany). The
warranty is void for improper use of the product. The warranty does not extend
the guarantee period or initiate a new guarantee. The statutory guarantee rights
are not affected by this warranty but are available fully unchanged to the buyer
