PC Interface

HyperTerminal is only required when upgrading or troubleshooting the AS II.

1 Connect the AS II to a PC using a RS232 Null Modem cable.
2 Open HyperTerminal on the PC.
3

Select ‘New Connection’ within HyperTerminal.

4 Enter a new name for the connection.
5

In ‘Connect To’, connect using the following parameters:

Bits per Second

– 19200

Data Bits

– 8

Parity

– None

Stop Bits

– 1

Flow Control

– None
