3M™ Temperature Logger TL20/TL25 - Troubleshooting
If the TL software in the PC does not communicate with the TL20, please check the following:
• Push the “Wake Up” button on the TL20/TL25 again and check that both the red and green LED
are blinking five times.
• Check that the USB cable plugs are fully inserted in the computer and into the TL20/TL25. The
plug should click into place when fully inserted into the TL20/TL25.
• Disconnect and reconnect the USB cable from the computer. The computer should signal that
the hardware was disconnected and reconnected.
• If the connection problem continues, try to connect the USB cable in another USB port on the
computer.
• If the problem persists, contact the 3M Helpline (in USA/Canada 1-800-328-1390).
