1.4 Insert the mounting bracket retainer (as shown).
1.5 Hang the mounting bracket assembly on cart rods
(as shown).
1.6 Attach the cables to the handle of cart (as shown).
Adjust the height of the mounting bracket until
support cables are lightly tensioned.
