Remove lamp module: 

Slowly pick up the lamp module by the handles. (4)

Insert lamp module: 

Carefully insert (4) the new lamp module. Ensure that it is fully seated. 

Tighten the lamp module retaining screws (3) to secure the lamp module in place.

 

Optional Lamp: XX-XXXX-XXXX-X (Contact 3M customer Service.)

 

Insert the hinge tabs (5) on the bottom of the lamp access door, then 

push the center point of 

two claws (6) to fix the lamp door.

Note

For maximum lamp life, do not strike or drop, improperly handle, or scratch the lamp glass. 

Also, do not install an old or previously used lamp.

Remove lamp access door: 

The lamp access door is located on the bottom of the machine. 

Please unhook the claws of the lamp door (1), and remove the lamp door.

Retaining screws: 

Use a screwdriver to unscrew the lamp module retaining screws

 (marked by 

arrow)

Note

All lamp module screws must be loosened. These screws are self-containing screws that 

cannot be removed from the lamp module or access door.
