Insert the assembled end cap into the cartridge far enough so the
end cap is just past the groove on the inside of the vessel. It may be
necessary to gently tap the end cap into the vessel with a plastic
mallet.

Install the retaining ring into the groove.
F.
Install the retaining ring Clips by setting them into the holes in the
end cap.
G.
Hand tighten the screws so the clips are snug against the
retaining ring.
