PORTABLE COUNTERWEIGHTED 

RAIL SYSTEM

STEP 1:

 ENGAGE THE FRONT OR SIDE FORK POCKETS WITH A 

FORKLIFT CAPABLE OF SUPPORTING THE ENTIRE SYSTEM WEIGHT.

STEP 2:

 POSITION SYSTEM SO THAT GLIDERAIL IS OVER THE 

DESIRED WORK SURFACE.  ONCE IN PLACE, ROTATE EACH STABILIZ-

ING JACK UNTIL THE SYSTEM IS LEVEL. 

STEP 3: 

PULL DOWN THE TAG LINE TO CONNECT TO THE SRL (NOT 

PROVIDED) USING A FULL BODY HARNESS. 

STEP 4:  

SYSTEM USERS MUST STAY WITHIN THE SAFE WORKING 

AREA.

• TRANSFERRING FROM ONE SRL TO ANOTHER

YOU ARE ATTACHED TO AT LEAST ONE SRL AT ALL TIMES.

TROLLEY AT ANY GIVEN TIME.  SEE BELOW TO DETERMINE THE 

MAXIMUM NUMBER OF PERSONS ABLE TO USE THIS SYSTEM. NEVER

EXCEED THE MAXIMUM USER RATING.

• ALL USERS MUST READ AND UNDERSTAND THE INSTRUCTIONS

• BEWARE OF OVERHEAD POWER LINES 

OR OTHER HAZARDS WHICH MAY CAUSE
